About Me

I am a qualified therapist and a Registered Member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy [MBACP] and therefore fully comply with and work within their Ethical Framework for Good Practice.

I have extensive experience of working with men, women and young adults from different backgrounds and cultures who have presented with a wide range of concerns including abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, bereavement, loneliness, loss and family and relationship issues.

I have had specific training and experience supporting clients who have had drug and alcohol dependency issues and also experience in supporting family members affected by the related difficulties often associated with these addictions.

I have my own private practice but have previously undertaken work for several years in specialist agencies including a Drug and Alcohol addiction centre and a Hospice in Kent.

My qualifications include:-

Diploma Integrative Counselling
Level 3 Certificate Counselling Skills and Theory
Level 2 Certificate Counselling Skills
Level 1 Counselling Studies

My practice is based at my home which is located in a quiet residential area of New Barn [Longfield]. Free parking is readily available. My counselling room is private and safe with a calm atmosphere which allows space for thought and reflection.
